EnerBrite Technologies Group, Inc. Signs Joint Marketing Venture Agreement With Big Apple Worldwide to Raise Product Awareness


LAS VEGAS, April 8, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- EnerBrite Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ETGU) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a Joint Marketing Agreement with Big Apple Worldwide, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BPWI). The joint venture will assist both companies in the marketing, promotion, and sales of their respective products and services.

Under the Agreement, EnerBrite Technologies and Big Apple Worldwide have agreed to market, sell, and distribute each others products for a period of 24 months. The Company will retain a percentage of sales for every Big Apple Worldwide product it sells, and Big Apple Worldwide will, in turn, retain a percentage of sales on any energy management products they sell. The joint marketing venture will enable EnerBrite Technologies to expand its sales and advertising reach in order to meet its 2008 sales forecast.
