Greater Dallas Chamber Hosts 'Mission Possible: The New Age of Security'


DALLAS, April 24, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Security has been a major concern for companies around the globe for decades. New strategies are being unveiled to promote proactive solutions and business enablement. Join experts discussing new security technologies that are protecting your companies inside and out at this annual luncheon.

The 8th Annual State of Technology Luncheon is an effective means of engaging more than 700 industry leaders and executives in regional and global issues affecting the technology arena. Hosted by the Greater Dallas Chamber's Technology Business Council, this year's luncheon program is "Mission Possible: The New Age of Security." The program will feature Entrust Chairman, President and CEO F. William Conner, Microsoft Corporation Senior Security Strategist Kai Axford, and Federal Bureau of Investigation Cyber Security Agent Robert Schuett discussing the evolution of security and new advancement in the industry.

The event is May 8, 2008 at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel (formerly the Adam's Mark Hotel), 400 Olive St., Dallas TX, 75201. The exhibit area will open at 9:30 a.m. and close at 1:45 p.m. The luncheon will begin at noon.

The exhibit hall will host over 40 companies' cutting-edge products and services. The exhibits offer attendees a hands-on experience with products emerging in the region. There is no charge for the exhibit hall.
