Amelot Holdings, Inc. Offers Update on TRB and DynaSep Projects

CHEYENNE, Wyo., April 29, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Amelot Holdings Inc. would like to take this opportunity to update shareholders on two of its recently announced projects and potential acquisitions: DynaSep and the Three Rivers Biofuel plant.

As announced last month, the company is continuing to gather positive feedback from its DynaSep project. Amelot recently secured DynaSep's services for its long innovative and profitable history of developing, fabricating, testing, and deploying systems for liquefied and supercritical gas extraction. After over 6 months of research and testing, the company has received quantified preliminary results. These results, received this week, show overall oil recovery from the tested Jatropha seeds at an excess of 95%. Standard recovery is usually at 60-70 % for conventional systems. Furthermore, it is believed that future oil recovery could reach as high as 98% with continued refinement of the system.

DynaSep President, Brian Waibel, remarked, "These improvements in recovery will continuously enhance the economic return of our system versus conventional Jatropha oil production via expeller press, and could make a significant impact to a company's bottom line."

The company also wants to take this opportunity to update shareholders on the Three Rivers Biofuel project. Amelot management will be meeting with TRB officers and directors throughout next month solidifying their strategic growth plan for the company. The main focus of these talks will be to outline the equipment, personnel, and development costs needed to begin phase one construction of the planned 5 million gallon processing facility in Burnsville, Ms. The company hopes to announce a groundbreaking date by the end of May.

"We are extremely pleased with the progress we are making in these projects," stated Aziz Hirji, President of Amelot Holdings, Inc. "We are striving for all assets to be functioning to their fullest potential in the near future." Mr. Hirji continued, "I am particularly excited about the DynaSep testing results. The efficiency and success of this extraction process is the keystone to our success in the Biodiesel industry and the growth of shareholder value. As always, I will continue to keep our investors apprised of our progress."
