Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On May 26, 2008 , Mr Roland Rothkopf, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
net AG infrastructure, software and solutions, Koblenz, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0007867400, WKN: 786740, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on May 23, 2008 and now amount to 3.82% (this corresponds to 840990 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.82% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 840990 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Rothkopf.
The voting rights have been assigned through empowerment to Mr Rothkopf for
the exercise of the voting right on the shareholder's meeting of net AG,
infrastructure, software and solutions on 27 May 2008 in Frankfurt/Main.
After expiry of the empowerments his share of voting rights will fall below
the 3% limit and will be then 0,00% (1 voting right).
