Himax Declares Dividend


TAINAN, Taiwan, May 27, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Himax Technologies, Inc. ("Himax" or "Company") (Nasdaq:HIMX) today announced that the Board of Directors of Himax declared a dividend of US $0.35 per ordinary share of the Company. The dividend will be payable on June 27, 2008 to shareholders of record on June 16, 2008.
