Ultimate Risk Solutions Appoints Ericson Managing Director - North American Operations

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - June 3, 2008) - Ultimate Risk Solutions (URS), a leading risk
and capital modeling software company serving the global insurance and
reinsurance industries, has named Anders Ericson Managing Director of North
American Operations, Alex Bushel, Chief Executive Officer, announced today.
Ericson was most recently the Vice President and Chief Risk Officer with
Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, NA. Before Allianz, Ericson was with
Aon Re Services where he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief
Actuary in Toronto, Canada and as Senior Vice President and Actuary in
Chicago. Ericson has also held senior actuarial and management posts at
major insurers and reinsurers including Kemper Reinsurance Companies,
Allstate Canada, ING Canada, and Phoenix Continental Insurance Management.
URS is widely known for their Dynamic Financial Analysis software, Risk
Explorer™, which enables insurers and reinsurers to model and analyze
their underwriting and investment risks. Risk Explorer™ is an ideal tool
to value reinsurance and retrocessional programs, address required capital
