Reference is made to the stock exchange notification yesterday, 16 June 2008, regarding completion of the demerger of Photocure ASA with PCI Biotech Holding ASA as the acquiring company.
In accordance with the terms of the public issue, the completion of the demerger, associated capital changes and a reverse split of the PCI Biotech Holding share were registered in the Register of Business Enterprises after end of trading yesterday. After this, the company's registered share capital is NOK NOK 16,249,170 divided on 5,416,390 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 3.
PCI Biotech Holding's first day of listing at Oslo Axess will be tomorrow, 18 June 2008.
