Northern Rhode Island's Oldest Family Support Organization Selects Social Solutions to Enhance Service to the Community

Family Resources Community Action Implements Social Solutions Software to Create Electronic Case Records, Track Activities and Measure Performance


BALTIMORE, MD--(Marketwire - July 24, 2008) - Social Solutions, the leading provider of performance management software for the human services sector, today announced that Family Resources Community Action (FRCA) in Rhode Island, has selected Social Solutions' ETO Software® to enhance services across the community. The 117-year-old organization will use ETO as the central online platform for all 115 of its staff members, across six service divisions, and six office locations, to collaborate, share information and more efficiently and effectively monitor the impact of service provided to the people they serve.

Social Solutions' ETO Software facilitates data tracking, analysis of an organization's activities compared to outcomes and reporting. FRCA, which serves more than 10,000 members of the northern Rhode Island community each year, will use the platform across all of its programs including:

--  Housing and Shelter Services
--  Child Welfare Services
--  Employment and Training
--  Counseling and Family Support Services
--  HIV/AIDS Support Services

In addition to improving service, ETO Software will reduce costs for FRCA by creating electronic records, which are tracked and analyzed more efficiently, and do not require physical storage space. As an old organization, FRCA has most of its case records and documentation in paper form.

FRCA began implementing Social Solutions' ETO Software six months ago following a 12-month search to find a platform that would best meet the organization's needs and goals.
