China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. Announces $3.6 Million Managed Services Contract

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - August 26, 2008) - China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: CCSE) today announced a $3.6 million managed services contract expanding the Company's reach outside of China's borders. China Crescent is a technology service provider, today selling services primarily within China delivered by resources resident in China. In 2007, the Company reported $40 million in revenue with approximately breakeven profitability. The Company has forecasted $50 million in revenue in 2008 and has reported four consecutive profitable quarters. A component of Management's long-term technology service strategy is to leverage the corporate foundation in China to deliver services outside of China to increase revenue and profitability. The contract announced today is a milestone event in the development of China Crescent's long-term technology service strategy.

The contract duration is for three years and is anticipated to be renewable. The comprehensive services to be provided include the maintenance of physical infrastructure and associated labor. The specific terms of the contract were not disclosed due to client confidentiality requirements.
