The Directors of Boussard & Gavaudan Holding Limited (the "Company") wish to announce the appointment of Close Fund Services Limited as Registrar of the Company.
Close Fund Services Limited has replaced Carey Commercial Limited as Registrar with effect from 1 September 2008. Close Fund Services Limited is also the Administrator of the Company.
