Artfest International, Inc. Acquires "State-of-the-Art" Audio/Video Operational Center

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - September 23, 2008) - Artfest International, Inc. (OTCBB: ARTI) today announced the purchase of a 35,000 square foot showpiece facility that rivals artistic/programming locations in New York and Los Angeles.

"Artfest will now be able to develop and produce high quality advertising and programming for traditional as well as Internet television through our television subsidiary,, that will bring viewers and advertisers to our art and collectables direct marketing site as well as our just-launched social networking site, The facility already generates revenues of $500,000 a year and with Jack Weis and his production team joining Artfest, we expect to dramatically increase the Company's bottom line numbers as well as substantially lower our costs of programming and production for our television division," stated Artfest CEO Edward Vakser.

Located in Dallas, the facility was constructed to handle the demanding requirements of top recording artists as well as the major film, television and commercial requirements of Fortune 500 corporations and their entertainment divisions. "Bands and artists such as, the Jonas Brothers, American Idol, Rick Derringer, Ice Cube, Miser, Rouge, Justin Timberlake, Miley Cyrus, P. Diddy, Mariah Carey, Usher, Timbaland, Mary J. Blige, Pat Green and Lauryn Hill have recorded here. This facility will allow us to compete with well-known studios and recording facilities throughout the country," commented Jack Weis, Artfest In-House Film Director and Producer.
