Ted Rose a Four Time Winner of Smart CPA Award

ROCKVILLE, MD--(Marketwire - September 29, 2008) - Rose Financial Services' President, Ted Rose, was named one of the Greater Washington area's top CPAs for the fourth time since 2004. Having first received the award in the July 2004 issue of Baltimore SmartCEO magazine, Rose went on to be named one of the Washington Smart CPAs in 2005, 2006 and 2008.

The Top CPAs were selected by the Smart CPA committee, with assistance from the Virginia Society of CPAs, the Maryland Association of CPAs, and the Greater Washington Association of CPAs. Winners were chosen based on their accomplishments, their leadership, their expertise, and their relationships with new and existing clients.
