Zaldiva, Inc. Experiences Jump in Direct to E-Auction Business

Zaldiva Today Announced a Significant Increase in Its Direct to E-Auction Business Due to Its Recent Status as Licensed Auctioneering House

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 14, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zaldiva, Inc. (OTCBB:ZLDV) (XETRA:UZ8.DE) (Frankfurt:UZ8.F), a specialty and online distribution system wholesaler and retailer of new and vintage Pop Culture collectibles, comic books and memorabilia, announced today that it has experienced a significant increase in both inquiries as well as sales and new initial contracts in its Direct to E-Business section.

In the company's news today,

With the recent change in Florida law, many drop-off houses have closed, leaving Zaldiva as the only one of its kind in its area. This, along with an aggressive marketing initiative, has generated a significant amount of new clients and revenue.

"Getting the license was one of the best things we have done as a company," said Nicole Leigh, President of Zaldiva. "We are already seeing a strong increase in E-Auction business as well as overall interest in our company. Business owners are especially interested as it is giving them a viable outlet for their inventories in a time where local economics have caused a slowdown in turnover. Our distribution is literally global, giving them a way to turn slow-moving product into cash -- quickly."

The company is currently in phase one of its E-business marketing initiative. Phase two will begin shortly as the company gears its labor force to accommodate the increase in business. This will include an increase in printed media advertising as well as seminars and workshops for business owners and the financial community. Zaldiva has taken further advantage of its prime real estate location by creating and displaying large, eye-catching signage that both entices and educates traveling consumers and business people on the company's new status as a premier eBay(r) drop-off center inventory liquidation specialist.

"We knew this (getting our auctioneer license) would have a significant impact on our business," said Nicole Leigh. "We are both happy and somewhat surprised at the immediacy and level of new business that this move has brought in."
