CAMBRIDGE, MA--(Marketwire - October 28, 2008) - Senior health care executives are invited to an interactive breakfast conversation with their colleagues and Ronald Heifetz, M.D., an internationally known leadership expert and cofounder of Cambridge Leadership Associates, in New York on Dec. 5.

"Beyond Legacy Behavior: New Approaches to the Challenges Facing Health Care Executives," will be held 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Harvard Club of New York City.

Heifetz will discuss adaptive leadership, which gives health care executives a conceptual framework and practical techniques to unlock the 'gridlock' and make systemic change. He has consulted with diverse health care organizations and is the founding director of the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School, where he has taught for 25 years.
