Zaldiva Inc. Holds Its First Investor Relations Event

Zaldiva Today Announced It is Holding Its First Investor Relations Meeting/Seminar for Both Individual Investors and Select Professionals

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Nov. 3, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zaldiva(tm), Inc. (OTCBB:ZLDV) (XETRA:UZ8.DE) (Frankfurt:UZ8), a specialty and online distribution system wholesaler and retailer of new and vintage Pop Culture collectibles, comic books and memorabilia, announced today that it has set the date for and put together its first investor relations event.

The event is a two-part seminar/workshop and dinner meeting, with the first part addressing the needs and concerns of local business establishments and how Zaldiva can help them through their Direct to E-Auction services. Part two, held minutes after in adjoining space, will focus completely on the value of Zaldiva to shareholders, both current and future, as well as other opportunities for participation in the company. Zaldiva has recently created and implemented a marketing program targeting key investors and financial professionals.

"We have worked hard and long to make Zaldiva what it is today," said Nicole Leigh, President of Zaldiva. "We have developed and proved the veracity of our business and franchise models with our 331 East Commercial Blvd. location and Direct to E-Auction services. We are now at the point where our story is based on accomplished facts, and not just what we hope to do."

The event will be held on November 20th at the Sheraton Suites of Cypress Creek. Part one will commence at 5:30pm, with part two beginning at 6:30pm and ending at 8pm. The Capital Concepts Group, LLC, retained by Zaldiva as a business consulting and marketing partner, is structuring, managing and handling the details of the event. The principals of CCG have over two decades of experience in the fields of public speaking and event management, focusing on financial issues.

"It is an exciting time for us here at Zaldiva," said Nicole Leigh. "We now have something solid to show the financial community and our many supporters -- a proven, solid business plan and a strong foundation. We will use this base to move forward with our expansion strategy and the next phase of our business plan."
