McCain Incorporated and Mizar Automazione Announce Joint OEM Agreement
New Transit Software System Allows City Residents Access to Real-Time Schedule Updates on Public Transportation Systems

VISTA, CA--(Marketwire - November 5, 2008) - McCain Inc., a leading manufacturer and supplier
of traffic, parking and transit management solutions, and Mizar
Automazione, a leading developer of automated transit and freight systems,
today announced a joint OEM agreement for Flash®, a public transportation
fleet management software. With this partnership McCain will be introducing
this transit management software module in the United States as a part of
their existing Transparity™ software suite. Flash is successfully used
in over seven countries throughout Europe.
Flash is an innovative software program providing real-time monitoring of a
public transportation fleet through the use of Global Positioning System
(GPS) technology. Flash provides agencies with vast data compilation and
reports, performance statistics, and off-line analysis tools necessary to
increase public transportation regularity; while also providing city
residents real-time passenger information updates, accessible through
mobile phones or the internet.

Transportation System (ITS) applications.
