SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Nov. 13, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kona Grill, Inc. (Nasdaq:KONA), an American grill and sushi bar, is pleased to announce the opening of its West Palm Beach, FL and Phoenix, AZ restaurants. The Company currently operates a total of 20 restaurants nationwide.
The West Palm Beach restaurant is located in CityPlace, a highly-regarded downtown destination on Okeechobee Blvd, just East of I-95. CityPlace is comprised of 600,000 square feet of retail businesses, including restaurants, a 20-screen theater, open-air plaza, cultural arts theater and 570 private residences. The complex is known for its old-world architecture and beautiful fountains, which create an atmosphere strikingly reminiscent of a European town center.
The Phoenix restaurant is located in CityNorth, which is envisioned to be the urban core of the city's Northeast Valley, on 56th Street and the Loop 101. At completion, CityNorth will offer more than 5.5 million square feet of shopping, dining, residential, hotel, and office space. The restaurant is located in Phase One's High Street neighborhood, which makes its public debut today, and features nearly one million square feet of specialty boutiques, restaurants, residential, and office space.
