CON-SPACE Announces Retirement of Mr. James Swanson


RICHMOND, B.C., Jan. 12, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CON-SPACE Communications Ltd. (the "Company" or "CON-SPACE") (TSX-V:CCB) (http://www.con-space.com) announced that James L. Swanson, Chairman and CFO of the Company, has resigned from all positions with the Company in order to pursue personal interests. James co-founded CON-SPACE in 1991, and has provided great insight and guidance to the Company. Mr. Gordon Cook, President and CEO of CON-SPACE Communications, has been appointed acting CFO effective immediately.

Mr. Swanson will provide consulting services to the Company as required and will assist as necessary in order to effect a smooth transition in both his operating and board activities.
