CINCINNATI, OH--(Marketwire - March 3, 2009) - Cincinnati based BrandingTree today
announced that it has rebranded the strategic design, branding and new
media firm as Redmark. The name
change better reflects the company's mission to leave a lasting impression,
for both a brand and its bottom line. Led by founding partners Bryan Kopp
and Chris Komnick, Redmark works with clients of all sizes, including
consumer products giant Procter & Gamble, international bakery equipment
manufacturer Bundy Baking Solutions, life science incubator BIOSTART, as
well as start-ups such as Gravy Comfort Cooking. As part of the firm's
rebranding effort, Redmark today revealed a new website,
www.leavearedmark.com, and introduced a new blog to provide frontline
observations of brands in action. The blog can be accessed at
http://www.leavearedmark.com/blog.
"We are in business to create value that our clients can feel and results
that they can measure," said Kopp. "In today's business climate, a great
looking logo isn't enough. Brand image has to support your brand delivery,
and your brand delivery has to support your brand image. What all companies
need to understand is that the job's not done till you've successfully done
both. We do, and we feel that the Redmark brand strongly reflects our focus
for delivering results-oriented solutions."
For some clients, Redmark serves as agency of record; for others, Redmark
is frequently called upon in a supportive role. In 2008, for example,
Redmark was engaged by Bundy Baking Solutions to help solidify its brand
story, increase cross-selling opportunities, and help to strengthen the
company's value proposition. Redmark deployed a brand strategy that gave
Bundy, and its six sub-brands, a unified yet unique face and voice. Redmark
also articulated Bundy's brand architecture, messaging and customer
touchpoints -- efforts that have already started to yield positive results.
Today, Redmark supports Bundy with holistic brand strategy, design,
advertising, and new media services.
"Bundy is one of many examples that emphasizes how we work with our
clients, and the importance of using creative to compliment strategy... not
in lieu of it," commented Komnick. "In this economy, there is no better
time to make sure that brands and businesses are delivering the right
message, in the right way and to the right audience. The organizations that
do will not only be successful in today's business environment, they will
be miles ahead when the economy turns."
