Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders decided on 26 March 2009 to change the business name on AS Eesti Ehitus. The shareholders chose AS Nordecon International as the new business name. As per Commercial Code the new name is official when it has been registered in the commercial register. The registration has been made to date. All employees' email addresses in Group companies AS Nordecon International (parent company), AS Nordecon Ehitus and AS Nordecon Infra have been changed to the following style - firstname.surname@nordecon.com. The existing email addresses are functional for some time in the future. The parent of the Group is AS Nordecon International, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more than 20 subsidiaries in the Group. The consolidated revenue of the Group in 2008 was 3.9 billion kroons (247 million euros) and the consolidated net profit was 171 million kroons (11 million euros).
