AS "Latvijas Krājbanka" has concluded the contract on acquisition of AS IBS “Renesource Capital” shares

Akciju sabiedrība "Latvijas Krājbanka" (hereinafter - JSC "Latvijas Krājbanka")
has concluded a contract (hereinafter - Purchase contract) with SIA “Netex
Galaxy”, AS IBS “Renesource Capital” and Vladimirs Ostrovskis on acquisition of
Akciju sabiedrība IBS “Renesource Capital” shares (registration No. 4000341557,
having its legal address at Republikas laukums 3 - 716 in Riga). AS IBS
“Renesource Capital” is an investment broker company operating since 1998. 

The transaction will be made after the permissions from regulatory bodies are
received, and all the necessary procedures and settlements envisaged by the
Purchase contract are performed. In the result of transaction the JSC "Latvijas
Krājbanka" will become the holder of 553'216 or 100% shares of AS IBS
“Renesource Capital”. 

JSC "Latvijas Krājbanka" provides different financial services both for private
persons and legal entities, and it has the widest client service centre network
in Latvia. With the acquisition of the investment broker company, JSC “Latvijas
Krājbanka” will continue to implement the bank's strategy, envisaging provision
of development of full range of financial services.
