China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. Advances Regional Expansion Campaign to Increase Presence in China


DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - April 7, 2009) - China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: CCSE) is implementing a new strategy to expand its regional presence in China. Senior management just completed a business tour of high growth regions outside Beijing and Shanghai to develop new strategic partnerships intended to fuel rapid growth. Among other meetings, China Crescent management participated in a trade mission event held in Chongqing sponsored by the Israeli Embassy in China.

Senior management is scheduled to release a Webcast overview of the business tour on Monday, April 13 to detail $30 million in new revenue opportunities now in China Crescent's sales pipeline as a result of the recent business development tour.

2008 Financial Report Webcast

China Crescent recently released a management Webcast on its website reviewing the recently released SEC Form 10-K reporting the Company's 2008 business operations and financial performance. The Company reported $41.9 million in revenue for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008, an increase of 5% over 2007. Net income increased 46% from $438 thousand in 2007 to over $638 thousand in 2008
