Haraden has 19 years of experience in employee benefits. A widely published author in leading industry and business publications, he is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and has a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Taxation. He has taught courses on employee benefits at Suffolk University.

Sullivan is president of Humboldt Storage and Moving of Canton, Mass. Before becoming president, Sullivan served as general manager of Humboldt, working closely with owners Howard and D'Arcy Goldman. Under the leadership of Sullivan and his team the company has seen impressive growth, growing annual revenue from $10 million in 1999 to $15 million in 2008.

Sullivan is an accounting graduate of Boston College and attended graduate studies at Northeastern University. A Saugus resident, he is a member of the Mass.
