Marks Paneth & Shron LLP (MP&S), a

merged with New York-based accounting firm Arthur B. Greene & Co. CPA,
PC. The merger expands the MP&S tax and family office and business
management services offered to small businesses and high-net-worth
individuals, including many notable literary and entertainment figures.

CPA, as well as ten supporting staff members will join the MP&S New
York office.

Arthur B. Greene, CPA, JD is an attorney and CPA who also serves as a
business manager and literary agent. Most of Mr. Greene's clients are in
the arts and entertainment field and are top-level performers, directors,
writers and producers. Mr. Greene founded the accounting firm Arthur B.
Greene & Co. CPA, PC in 1957. He is a graduate of Syracuse University and
Brooklyn Law School and has been a member of the New York University Tax
Study Group for over 30 years. In addition, Mr. Greene is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State
Society of Certified Public Accountants as well as the New York State Bar
Association. He supports literary endeavors and institutions and is

Richard Guttenberg, CPA has specialized in tax and family office and
business management services for high-net-worth individuals and clients in
the entertainment industry for over 30 years. Mr. Guttenberg's clients
include writers, artists and businesses. He received a BA from City
College of New York and an MBA from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
Mr. Guttenberg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
He lives in North Salem, New York with his wife and son.
