Paradigm Management Services Names Marty Ovens as Senior Vice President of Regional Markets

During his 14-year term at Coventry Health Care, a leading Fortune 500 health care organization, Ovens has held various responsibilities including sales and marketing positions while setting successful strategies and building key client relationships. His leadership in the large and midsize carrier, and state fund markets has been significant.

Earlier in his career, Ovens was Vice President of Sales and Operations for ATC Consulting and Business Sales Manager for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. These experiences helped him develop expertise in complex sales, sales leadership, strategic planning, business development and contract negotiations.
