the appointment of Ken Bukowski as the Vice President of Healthcare.

recently served as the Vice President of Health Systems, developing
strategies and managing the profitable growth for key group purchasing
organizations, Amerinet and HealthTrust Purchasing Group.
He also served Fisher Healthcare as the Director of Marketing, Director of
Strategic Sourcing and Business Development, Director of Health Systems and
Regional Corporate Account Manager. Bukowski received his Bachelor's of
Business Administration from Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas.
