Cancellation of 134,205 warrants of nominally DKK 1, owned by former employees in the company

As a result of the fact that from the warrants issued to former employees in
January 2001, December 2001 and February 2002 134,205 warrants of nominally DKK
1 have expired without having been exercised and have therefore been cancelled,
clause 5.1. of the Articles of Association of the Company will be updated so
that the power to the Company's Board of Directors to increase the Company's
share capital as a result of the exercise of warrants will be reduced from
nominally DKK 376,786 to nominally DKK 222,581. This change in the Company's
Articles of Association is going to be registered with the Danish Commerce and
Companies Agency.
