CyberShift CEO Named as Finalist for Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award

Robert E. Farina Driving Force Behind CyberShift's Continued Growth

PARSIPPANY, NJ--(Marketwire - June 1, 2009) - CyberShift, a leading global provider of workforce management and expense management software and services, today announced that Robert E. Farina, chief executive officer, has been named a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® Award for the New Jersey region. According to Ernst & Young LLP, the awards program recognizes entrepreneurs who demonstrate extraordinary success in the areas of innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.

Farina, who joined CyberShift as CEO in 2002, was the driving force behind the re-development and positioning of the company's products to provide identical software solutions in both traditional license fee and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) models, targeted to meet the needs of complex organizations. Under his direction, the company has evolved into a category leader for providing Software-as-a-Service workforce and expense management software, and its client list has grown to more than 600 organizations in North America and Europe.

"I am honored to be nominated for such a prestigious award and to be acknowledged for my career in building several strong businesses and for the success that we have had thus far at CyberShift, where we are committed to providing solutions that enable organizations to effectively manage their top two controllable business costs: labor and employee business expenses. Always a top priority, controlling costs and optimizing productivity are critical in the current economy, making our SaaS-based solutions even more in demand," commented Farina.

The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards program celebrates its 23rd anniversary this year. The program has expanded to recognize business leaders in over 135 cities in 50 countries throughout the world. The award winners will be announced June 23, 2009 during the awards gala at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe.

Regional award winners are eligible for consideration for the Ernst & Young LLP Entrepreneur of the Year national program. Award winners in several national categories, as well as the overall national Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award winner, will be announced at the annual awards gala in Palm Springs, California on November 14, 2009. The awards are the culminating event of the Ernst & Young Strategic Growth Forum, the nation's most prestigious gathering of high-growth, market-leading companies.
