HealthEast Hospital Wins Best Minnesota Hospital Award

WOODBURY, MN--(Marketwire - June 4, 2009) - Woodwinds Health Campus in Woodbury has been
named the 2009 Best Minnesota Hospital Workplace by the Minnesota Hospital
Association. "Congratulations to one and all. I can't think of a more

Woodwinds received this prestigious hospital award because it provides a
holistic model of care and a healing environment for staff as well as
patients. Woodwinds nurses recently told interviewers with a holistic
nursing journal study that they enjoy their hospital's holistic approach
that embraces reciprocity and empowerment.
Woodwinds' nurse vacancy rate is less than one percent and turnover is far
below the national average at just 1.56 percent. Patient satisfaction score
is in the 92nd percentile, which is among the highest in the country.
