REDWOOD CITY, Calif., June 18, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nemo Motors Corp. (Pink Sheets:NMOC) announced today that its shares began trading on the U.S. OTC Pink Sheets Markets under the ticker symbol NMOC.

According to the company, a licensing agreement was signed by and between Nemo Motors and Nemo Vehicle Inc., whereby a total of 70 million shares were issued to Nemo Vehicle Inc. The company has a total of 115 million shares outstanding, giving the company a market capitalization of US$33,810,000 as of June 17, 2009.
