Nuxeo Expands Global Operations in Exclusive Strategic Agreement With Kisiwa

PARIS--(Marketwire - June 29, 2009) - Nuxeo, a provider of open source Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software solutions, today announced a strategic partnership and exclusive distribution agreement with Kisiwa, a specialist in content management solutions, to provide sales, services and support across Southern and Eastern Europe, Russia, the Middle East and Africa. Starting immediately, Kisiwa operations in these regions become the official Nuxeo operations in those local markets, significantly increasing Nuxeo's overall market reach and global distribution footprint.

With headquarters in Paris and a newly opened operation in Boston, Nuxeo has registered a steady increase in demand for Nuxeo software downloads (+30%). Kisiwa's strong local distribution network enables Nuxeo to meet that demand with a 40-person team and technical staff highly experienced for having served until recently those markets for OpenText, Documentum, Hummingbird and PC DOCS.

Under the executive management and coordination of Stefano Manna, Kisiwa's Vice President of International Operations, the new Nuxeo operations will serve their customers out of Moscow (Nuxeo Russia), Dubai (Nuxeo Middle East), Rome (Nuxeo Italy) and Madrid (Nuxeo Iberia). This alliance confirms Nuxeo's commitment to increasing its global coverage and demonstrates that open source is a serious alternative to traditional and proprietary ECM offerings all around the world.
