Akamai's Globally Distributed Content and Acceleration Network Will Provide Virtually Unlimited Internet Streaming Capacity to TelVue's PEG.TV Customers

LAUREL, N.J., July 8, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TelVue Corporation (OTCBB:TEVE) announced today that it will leverage Akamai's Media Delivery solutions to support live and video-on-demand streaming for the latest release of TelVue's PEG.TV(tm) product. The expanded use of Akamai's services will enable TelVue customers to benefit from superior quality live and VoD Flash video services scalable to a virtually unlimited number of simultaneous web viewers.

PEG.TV(tm) is TelVue's Internet-based Flash Media Video-on-Demand and Live Streaming Video service developed specifically for Community and Hyperlocal broadcasters.
