Analogic Announces the Retirement of Bernard Gordon From the Company's Board of Directors


PEABODY, Mass., July 13, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Analogic Corporation (Nasdaq:ALOG), a leading provider of medical imaging and aviation security technology, announced today that Bernard Gordon has stepped down from Analogic's Board of Directors, as part of his planned retirement from the Company. Bernard M. Gordon, 82, founded Analogic Corporation in 1967 and at various times served the Company as Chairman of the Board of Directors, President, Executive Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer, and was voted Chairman Emeritus by the Board of Directors.
