AS "Latvijas Krājbanka" becomes the shareholder of AS IBS “Renesource Capital”

As it was informed, akciju sabiedrība "Latvijas Krājbanka" (hereinafter -
Latvijas Krājbanka) has concluded a purchase contract (hereinafter - Contract)
with SIA “Netex Galaxy”, AS IBS “Renesource Capital” and Vladimirs Ostrovskis
on acquisition of akciju sabiedrība IBS “Renesource Capital” (registration No.
4000341557, having its legal address at Republikas laukums 3 - 716 in Riga)
shares. AS IBS “Renesource Capital” is an investment broker company operating
since 1998. 
  
According to the contract the first stage of the share purchase transaction is
over, in the result of which Latvijas Krājbanka has become the holder of 200
000 or 18% of AS IBS “Renesource Capital” shares. 
After parties perform all the liabilities and settlements, envisaged by the
contract, Latvijas Krājbanka will become the holder of 553'216 or 100% shares
of AS IBS “Renesource Capital”. 

Latvijas Krājbanka provides different financial services both for private
persons and legal entities, and it has the widest client service centre network
in Latvia. With the acquisition of the investment broker company Latvijas
Krājbanka will continue to implement its strategy, envisaging provision of
development of full range of financial services.
