PanTerra Networks Announces Appointment of Chief Financial Officer


SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwire - July 21, 2009) - PanTerra Networks (www.panterranetworks.com), the leading provider of software as a service (SaaS) unified communications (UC) for small and mid-sized enterprises, today announced the appointment of Kevin O'Donnell as the Chief Financial Officer, reporting directly to the CEO, Arthur Chang.

Mr. O'Donnell is charged with overseeing financial operations and administration for the company as it scales its network and services to meet subscriber growth. Mr. O'Donnell brings more than 25 years of experience in business finance and corporate strategy from companies delivering SaaS services, applications and infrastructure.

Prior to joining PanTerra Networks, Mr. O'Donnell was the CFO at Cassatt Corporation, a software and services company providing controls to automate the management of IT operations. Before Cassatt, Mr. O'Donnell was the CFO at ViewCentral, now part of Rainmaker Systems, a leading provider of comprehensive, closed-loop, outsourced sales and marketing services. Before ViewCentral, Mr. O'Donnell was the VP of Finance at Netigy Corporation, a consulting firm offering strategy, planning, design, implementation, and measurement for enterprise clients making the transition to network-based eBusiness models. Mr O'Donnell was director of finance at Network General Corporation prior to their acquisition by Network Associates, and started his career in finance with large corporations offering service and products such as Apple and Unisys.
