Top Reverse Auction Site, Bidsbull, Auctions Off a Car to the Lowest Bidder

Brabus-Customized Smart Car Could Go for as Little as 10 Cents

QUINCY, MA--(Marketwire - July 28, 2009) - Following a recent successful launch in the US, reverse auction site bidsbull.us, is auctioning off a Smart fortwo BRABUS Coupe to the lowest unique bidder. Valued at over $17,900, the vehicle can be BRABUS-customized by the winner with options like leather and brushed aluminum and stainless steel materials, among other things.

"To celebrate our US launch, we wanted to auction an item as unique as our site," says Kevin Murphy, managing director of MDI International Americas, the US arm of Bidsbull. "With the Brabus customization, this Smart Car is something to see. And we're hoping that with three free bids awarded to all new users, it will attract plenty of interest to the site and to the concept of reverse auctions in the US."

The Smart Car is Bidsbull's top auction item. Users can bid in increments of 10 cents, with the goal of reaching the lowest unique bid. The site also offers a variety of other auction items at one-cent increments, including high-end electronics, housewares and fashion items.
