SNS Project Inkwell(TM) Announces First Pilot School in Mexico

FRIDAY HARBOR, WA--(Marketwire - July 29, 2009) - SNS Project Inkwell is proud to announce the launch of the first Inkwell Mexico 1:1 pilot program in Mexico City. Plantel Azteca, an Azteca Foundation school, is embarking upon an Inkwell-certified 1:1 teaching and learning program, in which each student will have his or her own computing device and Net access.

"We at Project Inkwell are very excited to be working with Ricardo Salinas Pliego and Fundación Azteca to create the first Inkwell 1:1 educational program in Mexico, at Plantel Azteca. We look forward to working with Foundation leader Esteban Moctezuma, and with the teachers and students at Plantel, to expand this pilot throughout the school. We admire the vision of all of those involved in bringing this revolutionary, proven benefit to schools worldwide, and we look forward to working with Grupo Salinas in the future to expand this benefit to schools throughout Mexico," said Mark Anderson, CEO of SNS Project Inkwell and Strategic News Service.

Ricardo Salinas Pliego, chairman and founder of Grupo Salinas, said: "Plantel Azteca is one of the Grupo Salinas projects I am proudest of, and the Inkwell 1:1 pilot program will help to keep one of the top educational institutions in Mexico on the vanguard of education technology."

"Inkwell 1:1 will allow personalized instruction for one of the hardest-working and most talented student bodies in Mexico. This is yet another benefit that Plantel can offer low-income students with world-class expectations," said Esteban Moctezuma.

Plantel Azteca joins schools already involved in SNS Project Inkwell in the United States, Europe, and Africa.
