1.	JSC Concern “Achemos grupe” realized the official offer to buy the shares of
SC “Klaipedos juru kroviniu kompanija”. During the period of official offer it
was bought 94 068  unit (0.74 % authorized capital) shares of SC “Klaipedos
juru kroviniu kompanija”. The price of the official offer was 13 Lt (3.77 EUR). 

2. During the six months of 2009 SC “Klaipedos juru kroviniu kompanija” earned
61,9 mln. Lt (17,94 mln EUR) unaudited income.
