(Pink Sheets:BTDG) recently announced its Letter of Intent to acquire Mob Candy Enterprises, Inc. and is taking a pro-active position and assisting Mob Candy in the sales and marketing of its magazine, web site and gift items while both companies work toward the closing of the acquisition.
