CARY, NC--(Marketwire - October 21, 2009) - NuMobile, Inc. (OTCBB : NUBL ) is a smartphone and
mobile computing software company growing through a roll-up strategy to
build a portfolio of mobile software solutions. To grow the Company's
marketing channels, NuMobile began participating in the Greenfield
Partnership program earlier this year. The Greenfield program is focused on
accelerating the introduction of new technologies into emerging markets
around the world where technology buying is on the rise, while improving
return on investment (ROI) potential. Through the Greenfield program,
NuMobile solutions have been added to a channel marketing partnership with
a client list that includes Wal-Mart Brazil, DHL, Embraer, Avon, L-Oreal,
Hitachi, Motorola and Visa International. The Greenfield program enables
new technologies to be introduced in China, Southeast Asia, North and South
America and Africa and NuMobile has recently announced marketing
initiatives in China, South America and Africa.
Recent Acquisitions in NuMobile Roll-up Strategy
In its strategy to build a portfolio of mobile software solution, NuMobile
has recently announced the acquisitions of Stonewall Networks, Inc. and
Enhance Network Communication, Inc., software companies with proprietary
technology focused on mobile network security. As a result of recent
acquisitions, the Company has also announced that it anticipates signing
its first substantial contract before the end of 2009 for an estimated $20
million and $8 million gross margin.

participation, the two recent acquisitions and the Company's price per
share potential to a suggested fair value target of $0.25 in light of
