According to the terms of the issue of Baltikums Banka the coupon rate for each interest calculation period is set based on 3 months EURIBOR rate fixed on the rate setting date plus 3% p.a. According to the Bank of Latvia 3 months EURIBOR rate was 0,722% p.a. on Oktober 29, 2009, thus the coupon rate for the twelfth period (from November 2, 2009 till February 1, 2010) will make up 3.722%.
