ANNOUNCEMENT UNDER CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 OF FINLAND'S SECURITIES MARKETS ACT
Pursuant to chapter 2, section 10 of Finland's Securities Markets Act
(495/1989), Ixonos Plc has been informed on 6 November 2009 of the following
change in the company's ownership:
Turret Oy has notified Ixonos that on 6 November 2009 it has increased its
ownership in Ixonos Plc. After the purchase of Ixonos shares on 6 November
2009, Turret Oy owns 1.501.762 Ixonos shares corresponding 16.13 per cent of
all Ixonos shares and votes. Amount exceeds the three-twentieth (15 per cent)
boundary.
Ixonos' share capital is EUR 372,523.56. It consists of 9,313,089 shares. Each
share carries one vote at the General Meeting.
