KMA Global Solutions Announces a Distribution Agreement for the European Market With Profit Protection Services

TORONTO, Nov. 30, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- KMA Global Solutions International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:KMAG) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Profit Protection Services. Profit Protection Services (PPS) will be partnering as both a distributor and supplier with KMA providing the All Tag RF label for its patented Dual Tag products sold worldwide, currently produced at KMA's facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

PPS (www.profit-protection.com) is the European Sales and "Secure@Source" company for All Tag Security, with sales offices located in Antwerp, Belgium and Barcelona, Spain. PPS has a long history of supplying the packaging industry in Europe with the All Tag RF label, which is the approved label by most retailers using international RF security systems. KMA will be the manufacturing arm and distribution point for international clients on their online ordering system. PPS represents the best experienced sales force in source tagging in the European market place doing business with such retailers as Carrefour, Decathlon, Dixons, FNAC as well as many of the leading fashion houses. Tom Symons, President of PPS commented, "We are pleased to add the KMA solutions to the catalogue of products."

Jeffrey D. Reid, Chief Executive Officer of KMA Global Solutions International, Inc., added, "This agreement illustrates the great advantage of the compatibility of our technology for manufacturers. The Dual Tag was originally designed to be a Triple Tag and we are working closely with PPS to develop a Triple Tag for some of their packaging customers."

KMA's DUAL Tag(TM) provides theft protection through its innovative combination of two leading Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) technologies in a single, high-speed application. Packaging companies that have adopted DUAL Tag(TM) consider it to be of great benefit to their operation. When compared to applying the two EAS technologies separately, production efficiencies increase substantially and overall costs are significantly reduced. DUAL Tag(TM) eliminates inventory costs associated with duplicate inventories that differ only by EAS technology and allows products to be sold through any retail channel.
