Johnson & Associates announces that a class action has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on behalf of purchasers of Carter's, Inc. ("Carter's" or the "Company") (NYSE:CRI) publicly traded securities during the period April 27, 2004 through November 10, 2009 (the "Class Period").
