Red Hawk Casino Announces Plans for First Anniversary Celebration

SACRAMENTO, CA--(Marketwire - December 8, 2009) - Red Hawk Casino is pleased to announce
several events and promotions to commemorate its first anniversary on
Thursday, December 17, 2009, including a giveaway of 100 million points to
its reward club members. Red Hawk Casino also announced several events and
promotions related to the holiday season including cash drawings, a concert
on New Year's Eve and a special holiday buffet.
First Anniversary
To commemorate its first anniversary, Red Hawk Casino will be giving away
100 million points to 43 Red Hawk Rewards Club members between December 17,
2009 and January 22, 2010. Players can redeem points for free play, meals
in Red Hawk Casino's six restaurants, merchandise at Red Hawk Traders gift
shop, or cash. On December 17, 18, 25 and January 8 and 15, six winners
will randomly be selected for drawings totaling 10,000,000 points or
$10,000 cash, to be held each night at 8 p.m. On Friday, January 22, 2010,
thirteen winners will be selected at 8 p.m. for drawings totaling
50,000,000 points or $50,000 cash. All drawings will be conducted on the
Stage Bar. Players can earn entries by using their Rewards Card while
playing slots or table games between November 28, 2009 and January 22,
2010. 100 million points has a value of $200,000 in free play with a cash
option of $100,000.
Several events are planned for Thursday, December 17, to celebrate Red Hawk
Casino's first anniversary including free concerts on the Stage Bar by Hip
Service at noon, Tyler Brothers at 5 p.m., and national Native American
rock group, Redbone at 9:30 p.m. Additionally, the Pow Wow Comedy Jam will
perform under the Porte Cochere at 7 p.m. Pow Wow Comedy Jam showcases
four of the best and funniest Native American comedians. Since coming
together as a group in 2005, Pow Wow Comedy Jam has unleashed a buzz in
Indian Country as well as the mainstream comedy scene, with a string of
high energy shows at venues across the country. Tickets for Pow Wow Comedy
Jam start at $15 and will be for sale at the Red Hawk Traders gift shop
beginning Thursday, December 10. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the first
laughs at 7:00 p.m.
Red Hawk Casino will also host a celebrity poker tournament on Thursday,
December 17 at 5 p.m. featuring Jerry Yang, the 2007 World Series of Poker
Main Event champion and Donna Delfin, 2009 winner of the California State
Ladies Poker Championship. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit
Snowline Hospice, a nonprofit, community-based organization dedicated to
meeting the unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those who are
nearing the end of life's journey. Additional details and celebrities will
be announced at a later date.
New Year's Eve
Red Hawk Casino is ringing in the New Year in style with four days of
$80,000 in cash drawings. On Thursday, December 31, players can celebrate
the New Year with a total of 35 cash drawings for $1,000 every hour from 9
p.m. until 2 a.m. On Friday, January 1 and Saturday, January 2, at 8 p.m.,
and on Sunday, January 3 at 6 p.m., 10 winners will be randomly selected
for cash drawings for $1,000 each, and one winner will be drawn for $5,000.
Drawings will be held at the Stage Bar. Additionally, Double Funk Crunch,
a nine-piece party band, will bring in the New Year with a live performance
on the Stage Bar from 9 p.m. - 1:30 a.m. on New Year's Eve.
Holiday Season
Red Hawk Rewards Club members are eligible for an exclusive promotion in
which they will receive one Reindeer Riches card per day between Tuesday,
December 1 and Wednesday, December 30. There will be two types of cards
with a total of eight different symbols. Cards with a Snowman, Santa or
Elf symbol are instant winners. The second type of card is a Match and Win
card. If a player collects three Match and Win cards with identical
symbols, they will win a prize, free play or cash.
The Waterfall Buffet will feature a special holiday menu on Friday,
December 25. All the traditional holiday dishes will be available, plus
270 premium options on the regular menu including Asian, Italian, Mexican,
American seafood and prime rib that are served every night. The holiday
buffet is available to Red Hawk Rewards Club members for only $14.99 and
$21 for non club members.
