MATTOON, Ill., Dec. 22, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- As mentioned in its press release for third quarter results, the board of directors of Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:CNSL) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38738 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on February 1, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 15, 2010.
