ORSYP ITIL Contest Nets Five Global Experts
Twitter-Based Contest Highlights Global Interest in ITIL

--In an effort to find the world's leading ITIL expert, ORSYP -- worldwide provider of IT
Operations Management solutions and services -- launched a contest in
October via its company Twitter
channel that asked ITIL-related questions and solicited answers from
its followers.
-- The ITIL contest proved to be an overwhelming success as ORSYP received
hundreds of correct answers and gained a significant number of new
followers to its Twitter channel.
-- A total of five respondents answered all questions correctly with the
grand prize of an Amazon Kindle Wireless Reading Device -- being awarded to
Steve Phelan who was selected by blind draw amongst the five participants
who answered all questions correctly.
-- Due to the success of the contest, ORSYP also decided to offer a
consolation prize in the form of $25 iTunes cards to the other four
contestants who answered all questions correctly but were not chosen in the
blind draw.
-- Twice per week, ORSYP issued questions about ITIL and instructed
contestants to direct message the company at @ORSYP with the correct answer.
-- The contest ran from October 27 to December 11 and was open to all,
except ORSYP employees and their families, who wished to test their
knowledge about ITIL.
