IXONOS CONTINUES TO RATIONALIZE ITS OPERATIONS IN FINLAND

In order to better answer to the challenges in the operational environment in
the Finnish markets, Ixonos continues to rationalize its operations in the
Business Operations business area and commences co-operation negotiations in
Ixonos Finland IS Ltd belonging to the Group.

The goal of the rationalization of operations is to focus the Group's technical
know-how to better match the needs of the business operations, adjust
operations to the decreased demand in the defined competence areas as well as
to rationalize the profitability of operations in Finland. The long-term
weakening of demand relates in particular to IBM Lotus Notes and Mainframe
competences within Ixonos' Business Solutions area.

Possible task rearrangements, terminations and lay-offs that may be decided on
as a result of the negotiations will affect approximately 25-35 persons in the
Ixonos offices in Helsinki, Oulu and Kemi.

The rationalization of the operations seeks to achieve over EUR 1 million in
yearly savings as from the second quarter of the current financial year.

Any action regarding personnel will not affect the production of services for
Ixonos' customers.
