DETROIT, March 8, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Compuware Corporation (Nasdaq:CPWR) today announced the addition of two new establishments to the lineup of restaurants and retail outlets in its Campus Martius headquarters-- Tim Hortons and CK Mediterranean Grille & Catering.
Tim Hortons is the well known coffee and baked-goods chain that was founded in Canada in 1964.
CK Mediterranean Grille & Catering was founded by the Gulli family, who in 2002 opened Mr. Kabob, a Middle Eastern takeout restaurant, in a gas station at 12 Mile Road and Coolidge in Berkley. In 2008, the Gullis opened the award-winning Cafe Kabob in Southfield and have begun to franchise the restaurant nationally.
Both Tim Hortons and CK Mediterranean Grille & Catering plan to open in late spring.

By summer, Compuware will be joined in its signature building by 1,700 Quicken Loans employees, who are moving from their current headquarters in Livonia.
Denise Starr, Compuware's chief administrative officer, said the new restaurants and the arrival of Quicken employees bode well for Detroit.
"Our building will be at capacity, and we're seeing a lot of interest from other retail owners. This will help the Campus Martius area become the vibrant neighborhood Compuware CEO Peter Karmanos envisioned when he moved the company downtown."
