Caribbean Casino & Gaming Corp. Sets Its 2nd Fight Club Boxing Series to Be Held on June 26, 2010 at Its Sosua Bay Grand Casino Location and Investor Conference at Sosua Bay Resort on June 25, 2010


MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - April 1, 2010) -  Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ), has confirmed ESPN Deportes will be conducting its second live boxing broadcast of Caribbean Casino & Gaming Corp.'s Fight Club Series. The series will be broadcast from the Event Center in the Sosua Bay Grand Casino. 

The first event featured the stellar performances of Felix Diaz, Hector Sanchez and Giovanni Lorenzo, while providing a standing room only event broadcast internationally on ESPN Deportes. In fact, highlights of the fights were picked up on ESPN's Sports Center across the US.
